Hendricks brokers sale of multi-family in suburban Seattle

The Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of the 169-unit Corbella at Juanita Bay apartment complex in Kirkland, Wash., to Granite Corbella LLC for $32.5 million.

David Young, a partner in Hendricks' Seattle office, represented the seller, Juanita My Sweet Chiquita, LLC, on the deal.

Corbella at Juanita Bay is a 169-unit apartment complex situated on seven-plus acres in Kirkland, Wash., approximately 10 miles east of Seattle. The complex is within walking distance of Juanita Beach on Lake Washington and includes 24 studio apartments, 96 one-bedroom, one bath units and 49 two-bedroom, two bath units. Rents range from $970-$1450 per month.
