Quincy Mutual Fire Insurance Co. has acquired a four-building commercial complex in Woburn, Mass., for $15.7 million from 2000 Mass Ave Associates.

Gary Lemire and Warrick Olney of CB Richard Ellis' New England office represented the seller in the transaction while Boston-based Morris & Morse represented Quincy Mutual.

The 227,000 square foot commercial complex is located on Olympia Avenue with Charrette, an architectural and art supply company, as its primary tenant. The company occupies 140,000 square feet at the 31 Olympia Ave. building.

Woburn is located approximately 11 miles north of Boston.

Lemire, senior vice president and partner with CBRE New England, joined the company in 1994 where he has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. He is a former account representative with Xerox Corporation and vice president of investment sales Leggatt McCall/Grubb & Ellis.

He recently brokered the $16.9 million sale of 10 Cabot Rd., in Medford, Mass.

Address: Olympia Avenue, Woburn, Mass.

Size: 227,000 square feet
