Holt Lunsford Commercial has acquired the 21-building Riverbend portfolio from Boston-based
TA Associates Inc. The acquisition was financed by a $49.7 million loan from
GE Real Estate.
James Tramuto, VP of
CB Richard Ellis' Houston office, arranged for financing.
The Riverbend portfolio is situated in three different submarkets and contains a total of 1.15 million square feet.
The portfolio includes the following:
Dallas, Texas- 68,580 square foot Ferrell Drive One and Two at 11419-11431 Ferrell Drive
- 228,466 square foot Turnpike 10 and 11 at 3535-3665 LaReunion Parkway
- 187,579 square foot Northgate Three at 11969-12021 Plano Rd., and 11805-12091 Forestgate Drive
- 349,912 square foot Northgate Two at 10460-10650 Markison Drive and 10451-10480 Brockwood Drive
Garland, Texas- 149,100 square foot Northgate Four at 2364-2462 Merritt Drive
Irving, Texas- 108,292 square foot Freeport One and Two at 8700-8732 N. Royal Lane
- 56,389 square foot Freeport Three at 8925 Sterling Rd.
