Hendricks & Partners directs sale of Austin multi-family

Hendricks & Partners has negotiated the sale of Runnymede, a 252-unit apartment complex in Austin, Texas.

H&P's Ellen Muskin represented the seller, Runnymede Associates LP, while Tom Burns and Jay Gunn of H&P's Dallas office represented the buyer, San Antonio-based SAAHC Runnymede Apartments LP.

The complex is located at 1101 Rutland Drive and was financed with private activity volume cap bonds and 4 percent LIHTC. The buyer plans to spend $21,000 per unit to reposition the complex.
