Hendricks & Partners promotes new partner

Ms. Muskin

Phoenix-based Hendricks & Partners has promoted Ellen Muskin to partner in the firm's Austin, Texas office.

Muskin joined Hendricks in 1999 as an associate partner and has worked as a multi-family advisor since. From 2005-2006, she served as the designated broker for all Hendricks & Partners Texas offices.

Muskin recently brokered the sale of of the 252-unit Runnymede apartment complex in Austin. She represented the seller, Runnymede Associates LP.

Hendricks & Partners is a commercial real estate investment and research firm that specializes in the multi-family industry. The company has over 30 offices in the United States.
