Cutler Commercial directs sale of Ohio industrial facility

818 Mulberry St.

Boston-based STAG Capital Partners has purchased a 448,000 square foot warehouse and office facility in Canton, Ohio from Groffre Investments.

Bill Rearick of Cutler Commercial Investment Group represented Groffre while CB Richard Ellis' Lou Young represented STAG.

Located at 818 Mulberry St., the property is situated on 15.33 acres. Canton is located approximately 60 miles south of Cleveland.

Rearick, a 40-year real estate professional, has been with Cutler since 1967. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Stark County Association of Realtors, the Rotary Club of Canton and the North Canton Elks.

Young, a senior associate with CBRE's Akron office, is a member of the company's Industrial Specialty Group and Special Properties Group. He has been with CBRE since 2000 and specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial facilities in northern Ohio.
