10/29/2007CBRE represents RSL Realty in sale of office/manufacturing facility

RLS Realty, LLC has sold a 78,040 square foot office and manufacturing facility in Amesbury, Mass., to Boston-based STAG Capital Partners. Patrick Cavanagh of CB Richard Ellis' Boston office represented RLS Realty while Ted Norberg represented STAG in-house. The building sits on 6.08 acres and is fully leased to Andrew Corporation, a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of communications equipment, services and systems. Amesbury is located roughly 45 miles north of Boston. This purchase represents STAG Capital's sixth acquisition this month. Earlier in October, STAG purchased a 34,800 square foot flex/R&D property in Sparks, Md., four buildings at Virginia College in Jackson, Miss., a 339,179 square foot manufacturing warehouse in Mayville, Wis., a 117,564 square foot warehouse/office facility in Milwaukee and a 43,843 square foot office building in Pocatello, Idaho. Cavanagh is a senior VP with CBRE and has been in the real estate business for 17 years. Prior to joining the company, he was employed by Shawmut Bank. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Leasing Club of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and was recognized as one of the top five retail producers by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board from 2002-2004.
