M&M marketing Connecticut manufacturing facility

Celebration Foods, a division of Focus Brands Inc., has tapped Jeffrey B. Verchow and Gary P. Calagna of the New Jersey-based Verchow-Calagna Group of Marcus & Millichap to sell the North American Carvel Refrigerated Manufacturing Facility and Corporate Headquarters in New Britain, Conn.

The 130,000 square foot property has an asking price of $22.56 million and a six percent capitalization rate.

Built in 2007 on 12.58 acres, the property is 100 percent leased by Celebration Foods. The building contains 36,400 square feet of deep frozen storage, 30,000 square feet of office space and 63,600 square feet of manufacturing space.
