Greek Orthodox Metropolis of New Jersey has purchased 215 East Grove St., a two-story office building in Westfield, N.J., for an undisclosed price from
Torcon, Inc.Dean Marchi and
Marc Trevisan of
CB Richard Ellis' New Jersey office represented Torcon in the transaction.
The 6,365 square foot building was unoccupied at the time of sale. Torcon plans to occupy the entire building for its office and administrative operations.
Westfield is located roughly 13 miles south of Newark.
Marchi is the first VP for CBRE's Private Client Group, where he handles multi-family brokerage operations. His family has been involved in Manhattan real estate since 1930 and he was featured guest on the "Success to Significance" radio program.
Trevisan is a senior VP with CBRE's Saddlebrook, N.J., office and joined the company in 1991 as a director. Prior to that he was employed by Cross & Brown. He has been named Broker of the Year in 1994, 1995, 1996, 2002 and 2004.
