by COF South LLC has sold a 61,169 square foot shopping center in Mechanicsville, Va., for $17.2 million to Four Square South LLC.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners Inc. represented COF South.
Hanover Square South is a one-story shopping center that was built in 2005 and is located at 7225 Bell Creek Rd. Current tenants include A&N, an athletic apparel company, and PetSmart, which has eight locations in the Richmond area.
Mechanicsville is located roughly 8 miles north of Richmond.
Claud, president of Commonwealth, founded the company in 1996. Prior to that, he was a vice president for Grubb & Ellis/Harrison & Bates. He earned his B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech in 1983.
Wyatt is a VP and partner at Commonwealth. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial properties. Has an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary. He practiced engineering for 10 years before entering the commercial real estate field in the mid 1990s.
