Colliers orchestrates $29M sale of Sevens Building in St. Louis suburbs


The Sevens Building
Triple Net Properties has acquired the 24-story Sevens Building in the St. Louis suburb of Clayton, Mo., for $29 million from Sterling American Properties.

Mike Hanrahan and Paul Hilton of Colliers International represented Sterling in the transaction.

Eric Tupler of CB Richard Ellis/Melody arranged financing for the acquisition through GE Capital Corporation.

The 197,000 square foot property was built in 1972 and renovated between 1998 and 2000. It is located at 7777 Bonhomme Ave. and is currently 79 percent occupied to 56 tenants. It's home to tenants such as The Sevens Dental Group, Charles E. Bell Architects and Clockwork Home Service.

Clayton is located roughly 10 miles west of St. Louis.
