Colliers finalizes sale of second Las Vegas office park

Birtcher Anderson Realty has acquired the Charleston Valley View office park in Las Vegas for $18.9 million from Centra Properties.

Fred Cordova of Colliers International brokered the deal along with Michael Ross, Steve Nanino and Thomas Stilley.

The five-building office park sold for $220 per square foot and came with a 7.4 cap rate. It is located at 3811-3841 W. Charleston Blvd.

Cordova is a senior VP with Colliers International in Los Angeles. He joined the company in May 2002 after working for Cushman Realty Corporation. Has holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
