Jacksonville office tower sells for $22.3 million

Birmingham-Ala.-based BP Graham, LLC has purchased a 220,000 square foot office building in Jacksonville, Fla., for $22.3 million from the Miami-based Foram Group.

Graham & Company and CORFAC International represented the buyer, while Lou Nutter of CB Richard Ellis handled the negotiations for the seller.

The property, located at 550 Water St., is a 14-story office tower located along the St. John's River. Graham & Company has been tapped as the leasing agent for the building, which has 165,000 square feet available.

Nutter is a CCIM and senior vice president with CBRE Jacksonville. He has been with the company since 1985 and was named the NAIOP Broker of the Year in 1994.
