Hendricks & Partners sells South Houston multi-family

Dallas, Texas-based 2007 South Houston LP has purchased the Granada Terrace apartment complex in South Houston for an undisclosed price from Santa Clarita, Calif.-based Granada Terrace, LTD.

Jeff Eisenhardt of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

The 156-unit property is located at 1301-1305 Avenue A. It's currently operated as a 100 percent "Project Based" Section 8 Housing Assistance Program property and contains both one and two-bedroom units.
