CBRE sells two Austin office properties

CB Richard Ellis has sold two office buildings in Austin, Texas, to Stream Realty Partners.

Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours of CB Richard Ellis' Private Client Group represented the seller, an Austin-based investor, while Derek Land of Stream Realty represented the buyer.

The two buildings are located at 8100 Cameron Road and contain a total of 97,306 square feet - 57,649 in Building A and 39,657 in Building B. It was built in 1985 and consists of two, two-story buildings with a typical floor size of 25,000 square feet.

Saad is a vice president with CBRE's Private Client Group in Austin. He is a former manager of acquisitions in the Central Region with Insignia/ESG.

Nabours, a senior associate with CBRE's Private Client Group, has been with CBRE since 2000. Prior to that she was the store manager of an international retail chain in Austin.
