Lee & Associates sells Michigan industrial property

First Park Realty has sold its 13,315 square foot industrial facility in Fenton, Mich., to Canela Corporation for an undisclosed amount.

Paul Gobeille of Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and seller.

The industrial facility is located at 100 South Alloy Drive and is currently home to tenants such as Discount Auto Glass and Omni-Tech Corporation. Canela Corporation is a manufacturer of milling, turning, threading and parting tools.

Fenton is a community of roughly 10,000 that is approximately 60 miles north of Detroit.

Gobeille began working in real estate in 1983 and now specializes in industrial brokerage with Lee & Associates. He joined the company in 2006 after working for various firms including CB Richard Ellis, Thomas A. Duke Co. and Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services.
