Two Calif. industrial deals bring in $36.5 million

Voit Commercial Brokerage has brokered the sale of a 183,571 square foot industrial property at 601 West Dyer Road in Santa, Ana, Calif. The buyer, 601 W. Dyer Road LLC, purchased the property from RIF III-Dyer Road, LLC.

Kevin Turner and Michael Hartel represented both parties in the transaction.

Turner also was the broker is another transaction involving Behr Process Corp., which signed a six-year lease for another Santa Ana industrial property located at 1995 Standard Ave.

The lessor, PR I Santa Ana Industrial CA, LLC, was self-represented in the deal. Both deals together totaled $36.5 million.
