CBRE Investors purchases two Atlanta office properties


CB Richard Ellis Investors has purchased two office properties in Atlanta, Ga., for an undisclosed price from UBS, a global financial services firm.

Eastdil Secured Realty brokered the deal for UBS.

The 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway building is an 11-story office property that contains 635,177 square feet. It was built in 1988 and was designed by Cooper Cary and Associates. Current tenants include Scientific Research Corporation and LOMA, an international financial services company.

The second property is located at 3200 Windy Hill Rd. in the Wildwood Office Park. Designed by I.M. Pei, the two 15-story buildings were built in 1991 and contain 700,756 square feet. The properties are currently leased to tenants such as Alliance Data Systems and IBM Media Center.
