HFF sells Lexington multi-family for $28.5 million

Milwaukee, Wis.-based Northwestern Mutual has sold The Fountains at Andover apartments in Lexington, Ky., to B&M Management Company LLC for $28.5 million.

Marty O'Connell, Sean Fogarty, Dave Nachison and Matthew Lawton of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller in the transaction.

The apartment complex is located at 3200 Todds Rd. and contains 318 units. Built in 1998, the property is currently 97 percent occupied and is comprised of studios, one, two and three-bedroom units.
