NAI Norris, Neggs and Simpson in Portland adds broker

Debbie Chen joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a broker specializing in office properties.

Ms. Chen, originally from Taiwan, came to the United States in 1999 and started working in commercial real estate in 2005. While a licensed agent with RE/MAX, she was recognized with an Executive Award in 2006 for earning gross commissions between $75,000-$100,000. She went on to execute $3 million in sales volume that year.

Prior to coming to the U.S., Ms. Chen held marketing positions in Taipei with Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and holds a B.A. from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Ms. Chen is a member of the Million Dollar Club through the Portland Metro Association of Realtors.
