11/9/2007Summit Realty negotiates sale of Indianapolis office property
by MDStrum Housing Services, Inc. has purchased a 25,000 square foot office building in Indianapolis, Ind., for an undisclosed price from Memory Gardens Management Corporation. Tom Frank and Steve Schaub of Summit Realty Group represented MDStrum while Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller. MDStrum purchased the building, which is located at 3733 North Meridian St., because recent growth has forced them to relocate its office from 2511 E. 46th St. Frank is a co-founder of Summit and currently serves as a principal. He is the former brokerage division president of Eaton & Lauth and also vice president of brokerage at Thomas & Associates, Inc. He received his B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington. Schaub is a senior director with Summit and is a member of the company's Industrial Advisory team.
