HFF's Danny Finkle and Ignacio Portuondo represented the seller in the transaction, a Tamarac-based private partnership, while the buyer, a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate, was self-represented. The two properties are the Tamarac Business Park at 6250-6320 N. Hiatus Rd. and the McNab Business Park at 10300-10458 McNab Rd. The Tamarac Park consists of three buildings and contains 116,760 square feet. It was built in 2005 and 2006. The four-building McNab Park contains 101,520 square feet and was constructed between 2002-2004. The two parks have a combined occupancy rate of 95 percent.
