HFF sells two Florida business parks

McNab Business Park

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has finalized the sale of seven buildings in two business parks in Tamarac, Fla., for an undisclosed price.

HFF's Danny Finkle and Ignacio Portuondo represented the seller in the transaction, a Tamarac-based private partnership, while the buyer, a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate, was self-represented.

The two properties are the Tamarac Business Park at 6250-6320 N. Hiatus Rd. and the McNab Business Park at 10300-10458 McNab Rd. The Tamarac Park consists of three buildings and contains 116,760 square feet. It was built in 2005 and 2006. The four-building McNab Park contains 101,520 square feet and was constructed between 2002-2004.

The two parks have a combined occupancy rate of 95 percent.

Tamarac is located approximately 15 miles northwest of Fort Lauderdale.
