Miller Properties sells Minnesota retail center for $13.62M

St. Cloud, Minn.-based Miller Properties has sold a 113,500 square foot retail center in Waite Park, Minn., for $13.62 million to an investment group titled 1031 2nd Street Quad.

Andrew Chana and Bruce Harris of Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

The property is located at 400 2nd St. and was built in 1996. It is currently 100 percent occupied to tenants such as Pet Smart, Dunham's Discount Sports, Petters Warehouse and Northern Tool & Equipment.

Waite Park is located roughly 70 miles northwest of Minneapolis.
