LSR Management sells Houston multi-family property

Memorial Trails Apartments

LSR Management has sold the Memorial Trails Apartments in Houston, Texas, for an undisclosed price to a California-based limited liability company.

Brian Janak of Marcus & Millichap's Encino office represented LSR in the deal.

The complex is located at 14900 Memorial Drive and contains 76 one, two and three-bedroom units. It was built in 1970.

LSR plans to use the equity from the transaction to finance land acquisitions for Innerloopcondos, its condominium development project.
