NAI completes California industrial sale

A&B Properties has sold a 51,061 square foot industrial building in Valencia, Calif., to LBA Realty Inc.

Chris Jackson and Todd Lorber of NAI Capital represented both parties in the transaction.

The property is located at 28965 Avenue Penn on two acres and was purchased at a 6.5 percent capitalization rate. LBA recently closed on the 261,000 square foot Verizon Building in Thousand Oaks. NAI represented LBA in that deal as well.

Valencia is located in Los Angeles County, roughly 33 miles north of Los Angeles.
