HFF to market two Louisville multi-family properties

Carney Management has placed two apartment properties in Louisville, Ky., on the sales block.

Marty O'Connell, Sean Fogarty and Matthew Lawton of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's investment sales team have been hired to market the property.

The two properties are the Aspenwood Apartments and the Maple Brook Apartments. The Aspenwood property is located at 3300 Aspen Valley Circle and is 97 percent occupied. It was built in 2001 and contains 98 units. The 200-unit Maple Brook complex is located at 11507 Maple Brook Drive and was built in 2005. It's 92 percent occupied.
