Von Karman Associates has sold a 62,587 square foot manufacturing facility in Irvine, Calif., for $10.6 million to White Road LLC. Greg Sargenti of Voit Commercial's Anaheim office represented the buyer while Ken Ward of Cresa Partners represented Von Karman. The building is situated on 2.8 acres and located 16912 Von Karman Ave. It's currently 93 percent occupied and contains five ground-level entrances. Earlier this month, Voit brokered the $36.5 million sale of two California industrial properties, a $24 million Scottsdale office property and a Tempe industrial site. Ward is a managing principal with Cresa and has been with the company since 2004. Prior to that, he was a principal with The Staubach Company and a senior VP with Voit Commercial. He attended California State University at Long Beach on a full athletic scholarship and is a graduate University of Southern California. Address: 16912 Von Karman Ave., Irvine, Calif.
