Hendricks & Partners sells Texas multi-family

Sherman, Texas-based S.S. Partners Management has acquired the South Gate Apartments in Sherman from the Mullins Family Trust for an undisclosed price.

The Mullins Family was represented by Ryan Warren and Jeanette Kassem of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office and Todd Franks of the Cantrell Company.

The South Gate apartments are located at 915 S. Travis St., and contain 59 units. Several offers were made for the property and it was in escrow for seven weeks, according to H&P.

The sale marks the third Texas multi-family sale H&P has brokered this month, the other than two being the Arts Apartments in Austin and the Granada Terrace Apartments in South Houston.

Sherman is located roughly 65 miles north of Dallas.
