Tampa multi-family fetches $20.42M

Tampa, Fla.-based Blue Rock Partners, LLC has purchased the Palm Island Club Apartments in Tampa from Palm Island Group, LLC for $20.42 million, or $63,828 per unit.

Robert Goldfinger and Elizabeth Calleja of Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and the buyer.

Located at 13800 Bruce B. Downs on 11.5 acres, the 320-unit apartment complex contains 16 studios, 80 one-bedroom, 192 two-bedroom and 32 three-bedroom units.
