Ideal Aluminum has hired John Jenkins of CB Richard Ellis to market the property. Located at 2000 Brunswick Lane in the Deland Airport Industrial Park, the property is situated on a 29-acre lot. The primary building is a 300,000 square foot office/manufacturing/warehouse facility. Also included are five adjacent buildings that contain 61,000 square feet. The single-tenant property is currently 100 percent occupied and carries a 7.75 capitalization rate. Ideal Aluminum manufactures and distributes commercial and residential aluminum products such as gates, arbors and railings. Deland is located approximately 18 miles east of Daytona Beach and has a population of roughly 25,000. Jenkins is a first vice president with CBRE and specializes in industrial property lease transactions, investment sales and large industrial building sales.
