Monempour joins NAI as VP

Mr. Monempour

Sam Monempour has joined NAI Capital's Encino, Calif., office as a vice president and will specialize in office tenant and landlord representation in the Los Angeles submarkets of Conejo Valley and West San Fernando Valley.

Monempour joins NAI after working for the Sherman Oaks office of Grubb & Ellis as a tenant and landlord representative. He was the recipient of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal's Real Estate Awards in 2001 and 2002.

Monempour earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University-Northridge.
