11/20/2007Voit Commercial directs $32M sale of Stadium Centre

A joint venture between Greenlaw Partners and
Guggenheim Real Estate has purchased the Stadium Centre in Anaheim, Calif., for $32 million from a consortium of companies including MCH Stadium, JS Stadium, RM Stadium and AP Stadium.
Alan Pekarcik,
Daniel Vittone and Robert Mitchell of
Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office represented the Greenlaw/Guggenheim joint venture while the sellers were self-represented.
Located at 2099 South State College Blvd., the Stadium Centre is a 121,977 square foot, six-story tower that is 93 percent leased. Sally Vogel of
RiverRock has been hired to seek a restaurant operator for the building's ground floor.
Pekarcik is a senior vice president with Voit Commercial and has been with the company since 1998. Prior to that he was vice president of acquisitions for Kilroy Realty and also a broker for DAUM/Johnstown American. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Vittone, also a senior VP, joined Voit in 2001 after being a manager at Cushman Realty and a financial analyst with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. He is a graduate of the University of California-Los Angeles with a degree is Business and Finance. Together, Pekarcik and Vittone head

The Pekarcik/Vittone team recently brokered the $22.4 million sale of the
Mammoth Scottsdale Atrium East in Scottsdale, Ariz.
