Hendricks & Partners sells three Washington multi-family properties


Seattle, Wash.-based Clark Island, LP has purchased a portfolio of three low-income multi-family properties in Washington from Vancouver-based Angelo Property Co.

Robert DiPietrae of Phoenix, Ariz.-based Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal.

Clark Island purchased the Clark Village Apartments at 225 8th St. in Washougal, the Fruit Valley Court Apartments at 3411 Fruit Valley Rd. in Vancouver and the Harbor Village Apartments at 55 SW 6th Ave., in Oak Harbor. The three properties contain a total of 96 units and were acquired with Washington State private activity bonds and low-income housing tax credits.
