M&M to market $14.5M Phoenix apartments

The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap has been tapped to market the 249-unit Plaza Apartments in Phoenix, Ariz. The complex has a listing price of $14.5 million, or $58,233 per unit.

Ric Holway, senior director of M&M's National Multi-Housing Group, and Adam Arkfeld, investment associate, are representing the seller, MR Investments.

Located at 4032 W. Osborn Rd., the Plaza Apartments are comprised of 17 two-story buildings with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The complex contains 178,470 square feet on 7.87 acres.
