Grubb & Ellis brokers $24.8M sale of Las Vegas office park

Koll Canyon Plaza
Koll/PER, an affiliate of Newport Beach, Calif.-based The Koll Company and the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI), has purchased the Koll Canyon Plaza in Las Vegas, Nev., for $24.8 million from Las Vegas-based Trident Development.

Al Barbagallo of Grubb & Ellis represented Trident while the buyer was self-represented.

Formerly the Trident Business Park, the 11-building multi-tenant office complex contains 103,345 square feet on 7.8 acres. Trident developed the property in 2000.

Barbagallo, a senior VP with Grubb & Ellis, joined the company's Las Vegas office in 2003 after leaving his post at CB Richard Ellis. He specializes in investment sales properties and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Xerox School of Sales Training.
