Colliers International represented
AMB Property Corporation and Morgan Holdings, LLC in the sale of a 103,248 industrial property in Huntington Beach, Calif.
Chuck Wilson of Colliers' Irvine, Calif., office represented the buyer, AMB, while
Wayne Lambert, also of Colliers, handled the negotiations for the seller, Morgan Holdings.
The property, located at 16350 Gothard Ave., was built in 2006 and includes 8,390 square feet of office space. It is currently 100 percent occupied by two tenants. Monro's Furniture, a private furniture company, occupies 52,351 square feet while Melmarc Products Inc., a textile printing company, occupies the remaining 50,897 square feet.
Wilson, a senior VP with Colliers, joined the company in 1992 as a senior marketing executive and now specializes in the brokerage of industrial investment properties. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and was a member of the school's men's water polo team.
Lambert, also a senior VP, has been with Colliers since 1978 when he was the company's "Rookie of the Year." He is a former employee of the Xerox Corporation and Metropolitan Life Insurance and is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
