Scottsdale condo community on the market for $13M

Marcus & Millichap has been tapped to market the Copper Rock condominium community in Scottsdale, Ariz. The 89-unit complex has an asking price of $13 million.

Ric Holway of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office is representing the seller, Copper LLC.

The 84,494 square foot property consists of nine, two-story buildings on 4.7 acres. It is located at 7110 E. Continental Drive, just north of the campus of Arizona State University. Copper Rock recently underwent a $3.5 million renovation of its interior and exterior.
