SVN Equities sells Arrow Business Park for $17.05M

Arrow Business Park
Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Essex Properties has purchased the Arrow Business Park in Rancho Cucamonga for $17.05 million from Irvine-based SVN Equities.

Frank Kosi of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller while Alan Deszcz of Sperry Van Ness' Ontario office and Dave Stassel of Grubb & Ellis represented Essex.

Built in 1988 on 8.07 acres, the business park is currently 75 percent occupied by 50 tenants. It is located at 9007 Arrow Rd. and contains 136,805 square feet. Current tenants include Adgraph, an advertising firm, Citilites Mortgage and R&B Commercial Management.

Rancho Cucamonga is located approximately 37 miles east of Los Angeles.
