Atlanta shopping center sells for $12.08 million

Peachtree Square North, LLC has purchased the Centre Stage Peachtree Corners Shopping Center in the Atlanta suburb of Norcross, Ga., for $12.08 million from Centre Stage Property LLC.

Sang Kim and Michael Hoysa of Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal for the seller.

The 95,517 square foot retail center was built in 1986 on 10.45 acres. The one-story plaza is currently anchored by a Kroger supermarket. It is located at 6050 Peachtree Parkway. Centre Stage Property purchased the shopping center in April 2002 for $8.06 million, according to CoStar.

Norcross is located approximately 21 miles north of Atlanta has a population of 9,887, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
