South Carolina multi-family sells for $45M

The Lakes at Myrtle

Louisville, Ky.-based Allen Companies of Kentucky has sold The Lakes at Myrtle Park in Bluffton, S.C., for $45 million to a fund advised by JP Morgan.

Jason Nettles of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Atlanta office represented the seller in the transaction.

Located near Hilton Head at 4921 Bluffton Parkway, the multi-family community contains 360 units and was developed by Allen Companies in two phases in 2004 and 2006.
