CBRE brokers sale of Iowa call center

Boston, Mass.-based STAG Capital Partners has purchased a 148,131 square foot call center in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa from White Plains, N.Y.-based GHP Office Realty.

Jeff Oram and Jeff Dunne of CB Richard Ellis represented GHP while STAG was represented in-house by Vice President Michael Chase.

The building is located at 102 Sergeant Square Drive and is situated on 13.7 acres. It is currently 100 percent leased to Stream International, a technical and customer support provider.

Sergeant Bluff is located approximately nine miles south of Sioux City in Woodbury County.

Dunne is the vice chairman of the New York Tri-State Region Institutional Group, a 12-person team that specializes in New York and eastern second-tier cities. He was the Gale Company's Broker of the Year in 2002 and recently arranged the $14.3 million sale of the Holly Pond Plaza in Stamford, Conn., and the $13 million sale of Princeton Commerce Center in Princeton, N.J.

Oram, an associate of the NYTRIG, is the former CIO and vice president of corporate real estate for TSR Wireless LLC. He works on all asset classes of real estate: office, multi-family, retail and industrial.
