H&P directs sale of Austin apartments

A company operating as The Arts Apartments at Turtle Creek has purchased the Santa Fe Village Apartments in Austin, Texas from Tiburon, Calif.-based Austin Turtle Creek Associates.

Ellen Muskin and George Deuillet III of Hendricks & Partners' Austin office represented the seller in the transaction.

The 96-unit apartment complex contains 75,410 square feet and is located at 5816 South 1st St. The buyer plans to renovate the property and add a fitness center and community BBQ area.

Muskin, who was recently promoted to partner in October, joined the company in 1999 as an associate partner. She recently brokered the sale of The Arts Apartments in Austin.
