Lazor joins Lee & Associates as principal

John Lazor has joined Lee & Associates' San Diego, Calif., office as a principal where he was will specialize in the leasing and development of shopping centers.

Lazor joins Lee & Associates after serving as president and COO of AnCor Property Group, LLC of Del Mar. In that capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the property development process for new and existing retail sites. He is also a former employee of The Edward J. DeBartolo Corp., The Taubman Company and The Hahn Company.

Lazor is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Council of Real Estate and the Realtors National Marketing Institute. He is a graduate of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
