Colliers International's Seattle office adds two senior VPs

The Seattle office of commercial real estate firm Colliers International hired Dan Dahl and David Gurry as senior vice presidents.

Dahl joins Colliers from CB Richard Ellis, where he spent 17 years negotiating leases and sales involving more than 3.5 million square feet of space. He's won numerous awards including being named Top Seattle Office Leasing Producer.

Dahl earned an M.B.A from Boston University after receiving his B.A. in English from the University of Michigan.

Gurry too joins Colliers from CBRE, where he specialized in office leasing. In 2006 alone he accounted for 163 transactions worth in excess of $177 million. He earned Career Best Awards from 2000-2006 and was named the No. 2 Top Seattle Office Leasing Producer in 2002.

Gurry holds a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
