Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of two retail properties in Tempe, Ariz., and Carbondale, Ill. In the first deal, Boseman, Mont.-based Triple Mt., LLC purchased a single tenant, 3,171 square foot Burger King in Tempe for $1.1 million from Sorci Borello Tempe. Marcus & Millichap's Eric Wolfe and Steve Julius represented the buyer while Century 21 handled the negotiations for the seller. The net leased property is located at 1210 North Scottsdale Rd., and sold for $346.90 per square foot. The second transaction saw The Gonzales Family Trust of Garden Grove, Calif., purchase a Buffalo Wild Wings in Carbondale for $3.17 million from Zellmer, LLC. Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office represented the seller while the buyer was represented by Tim Tarango.
