Washington, D.C.-based Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has announced that the company's CEO, Robert Pinkard, will become chairman and Joseph Stettinius, currently managing director of investor services, will move into the CEO position.
Cassidy & Pinkard, Washington's largest locally owned real estate services firm, will implement the changes in January 2008.
Pinkard co-founded Cassidy & Pinkard in 1981 and has served as the company's CEO since 1984. As chairman, he will focus on growing the company's business outside of its current service lines. Stettinius spent 13 years as the area director of Trammell Crow Company's Mid-Atlantic region. He was the Area Director of the Year in 2004 and has served as managing director with Cassidy & Pinkard since February.
