Norwegian-based Toma West, LLC has acquired the 28-story Colorado Center in the Central Business District of Denver, Colo., for $40 million from Broomfield-based
Colorado & Santa Fe Real Estate.

Ron Urgitus of
CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction.
The 424,279 square foot office tower is located at 621 17th St. Built in 1957, the building was Denver's tallest from 1957 until 1968. It was originally built for First National Bank and was renovated in the early 1980s. Current tenants include the architecture firm Raymond Harry Ervin & Associates, Mead & Mount Construction and Wells Fargo Bank. Colorado & Santa Fe bought the property in 2005 for $24 million.
Sullivan began her real estate career with CBRE in 1981 as an investment specialist in Denver. She is now a senior VP with the company's Investment Properties Institutional Group. She was awarded CREW's Woman of Influence Award in 2006 and was the Investment Broker of the Year in 2002.
Swan, executive VP with CBRE, was a Top 200 Professional from 1998 to 2005. He is also a member of the Institutional Group and earned his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University.
Urgitus, also an executive VP, joined CBRE in 1989 and was the company's Rookie of the Year in 1990. He was a Top 200 Professional from 2002 to 2005.
