Phoenix multi-family fetches $15.9M

Metro Village Apartments

San Clemente, Calif.-based 3106 Metro Apartments, LLC has sold the Metro Village Apartments in Phoenix, Ariz., for $15.9 million to Laguna Hills-based IAC One, LLC.

Hendricks & Partners' Art Wadlund represented the seller while IAC One was represented by Neil Sherman and John McDonnell of Axxiom Partners' Phoenix office.

The 290-unit apartment complex was built in 1979 on 11.51 acres. It is located at 3106 West Vogel Ave. and contains a mixture of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
