N.C. industrial buildings bring $25.5M

Liberty Property Trust has purchased four industrial buildings in the Keystone Business Park in the Durham suburb of Morrisville, N.C., for $25.5 million from Triangle Industrial Enterprises, LLC.

Ed Brown of NAI and Meridian Realty's John Ruffin handled the negotiations for Liberty in the deal.

Three of the buildings are located at 619, 627 and 701 Distribution Drive while the fourth is at 325 Park Knoll Drive. All four buildings are fully leased and contain a total of 544,000 square feet.
