Equity Residential pays $12.75 for Washington multi-family

Chicago, Ill.-based Equity Residential, operating as EC-Crosspointe, LLC, has purchased the Crosspointe Apartment Homes in Bellevue, Wash., for $12.75 million from San Francisco, Calif.-based Wornick Associates.

Kenny Dudunakis of Hendricks & Partners' Seattle office brokered the deal.

Built in 1986, the apartment complex is located at 13850 NE 8th St., and contains 67 units - 20 one-bedroom and 47 two-bedroom units with detached garages. Crosspointe was Wornick's only Seattle asset and the company had owned it for 25 years. It was sold in order to move Wornick's equity closer to the Bay Area.
